Shipping Policy

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

United States delivery estimate

Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Carrier, customs, weather and peak-season delays may occur.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will email it after the order is dispatched. Carrier scans can take a few business days to update. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.

Split shipments and customs

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs procedures imposed by the destination country; unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
